Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of edible items, even if unopened. This ensures the safety and quality of all products shipped to our customers.
Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@kinddoughco.com with your order number and photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund when applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase as long as they have not been fulfilled.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our mixes are made in our dedicated gluten-free facility in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Our production facility is free of all 9 major U.S. allergens:
- Wheat
- Soy
- Milk
- Peanuts
- Tree nuts
- Eggs
- Fish
- Shellfish
- Sesame
We never allow these allergens into our facility, ensuring the highest level of safety, purity, and cross-contamination control for every batch we make.
